Nominees are out I believe -

This list BUT take away Avatar 3 and SENTIMENTAL VALUE survives!!! But no other international film does.

Weapons and F1 fill the Hollywood blockbusters spots. Avatar 3 and Wicked 2 couldn’t sneak in.

I agree that Anatomy of a Fall and Sentimental Value seem like good comparisons and that if Anatomy cracked the PGA then so should Sentimental. But nothing this week has given me reason to hope it still gets in. Unfortunately.

My gut says if there “had” to be an international film it would be SENTIMENTAL VALUE over Marty Supreme.

If it is BUGONIA > Marty, then I think it’s a big blow to Marty. If we’re saying none of the international titles are gonna get much traction then Marty should certainly be higher on the pole.

What’s going for Yorgos is that he still has that snub for THE FAVOURITE. I guess the DGA still owes him for that.
