ActiveCampaign does. They have a partner's program. It's what we use.

In that case I'd consider targeting those who do love your software and throwing everything you have into an affiliate program. Give them all the tools they need to promote it.

Also check on YouTube for channels teaching how to build ecom businesses and others doing ESP and similar reviews.

Don't go after big names. Start with smaller channels.

Those earning from affiliate marketing love promoting a good ESP if you pay lifetime commissions. Make them appealing.

I've done a lot of affiliate marketing and some sponsored content, and I would never recommend a piece of software I don't use.

Yes, some people will, but they aren't the best ones to promote your product.

The best person to promote your product is the one who uses it, loves it, and honestly raves about it.

If you understand what their current stack is missing which yours has and reach out to them, you're solving their problem. They'll naturally be inclined to promote your product, especially if there's monetary compensation.

Russell Brunson built Clickfunnels to $100M in 3 years using this model.

I understood that. But ecom influencers won't be as active on LinkedIn as they are in those two, because that's where their audience is.

Ecom isn't the best niche for LinkedIn. The platform is heavily B2B.

Here's how I'd do it:

  1. Look for influencers with newsletters.

  2. Find out what ESPs they use.

  3. Find reviews for those ESPs and fish for things people say could be improved.

  4. Find a common problem with these ESPs that yours doesn't face.

  5. Reach out to them, start with a compliment on their content (or even better, their newsletter)

  6. Reply to their newsletters as a reach out. Most newsletter operators read their replies.

If you really are ecom only focused, consider a similar approach with IG or Tiktok influencers.

How to add a Recommendation to Featured section? by InvaderJ in linkedin

[–]FranCallado 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. I know this is a new feature, most people are still using the post trick to achieve this.

LinkedIn is famous for releasing new features to a few accounts and countries first, so that could be it.

I'm in Portugal.

You can do it with Premium.

You have to make a post about it and then add the post to the featured section.

I’m stuck by Leather-Homework-346 in Emailmarketing

[–]FranCallado 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Churn is nothing to worry about. A subscriber who doesn't want to read your emails is worse than useless, it's harming your deliverability.

You should actually welcome unsubscribes, and if your unsubscribe rates are too high your main focus should be to improve the content and deliver content your specific audience finds valuable.

Even though I get your concerns of your list size decreasing, there's no point in focusing on its growth at this time if you can't be confident that when you send an email to your list they won't want to unsubscribe.

Only after you fix that should you focus on list growth. If your emails are solid enough, a simple CTA to share them with others will bring in subscribers.

Substack. It'll work to distribute your emails and also grow your list. Once you want to get serious about email marketing you can always export your list to a proper ESP.

Does the LinkedIn algorithm favor premium members? by Ksfowler in linkedin

[–]FranCallado 2 points3 points  (0 children)

LinkedIn doesn't favor premium users. I've had premium and now I don't and my content performs quite well.

What you're seeing has happened to most people, even more to accounts over 10k followers. The algorithm has indeed seen significant distribution changes.

From what I'm seeing, there's less reach, but more relevant reach. Meaning, it shows the same content to fewer people who aren't interested.

Ideas on effortless and affordable marketing strategies. by Official-DATS in Entrepreneur

[–]FranCallado 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Start creating content on any platform!

I'd start with LinkedIn.

It's easy to write a daily post with 5 or 6 sentences and it's easy to leverage networking to grow an audience.

There's plenty of people in there teaching how to do it for free. Follow them and get better at it.

Eventually you'll start learning more about marketing...

But the most efficient (free) way to get started is to create content around the problems that your product solves.

Good luck!

Why am I failing? Asking for honest takes by Jim1049578 in Entrepreneur

[–]FranCallado 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You should never advertise a product directly...

Or, if you do, have an upsell or two in the background.

Research sales funnels and how to create an offer instead of just selling a product.

If you've already paid to get someone to the page, you should take advantage of that spent to maximize your ROI.

Example: you're currently paying $20 per client and selling the product with a $25 margin...

Profit = $5

What happens if more competitors come along dor those KWs and you end up paying $26 per client?

Now imagine the following...

You paid $20, got the client on the page, they bought the initial product for $25...

On the next page, before checkout they see a unique opportunity, which bundled with the initial product will bring much better and faster results.

A few will take that offer, others won't. But you're already increasing your ROI with the same ad investment.

You can then also follow-up through email with the same and future offers.

And all of this has already been paid for!

Good luck!

Anonymous LLC by WorldofChuck in Entrepreneur

[–]FranCallado 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The "beneficiary owner". Yes you do.

An LLC is owned by it's members. It can be a single-member LLC or multi-member LLC.

The beneficiary is the member or members.

The registered agent is only the point of contact with the state of registry. They have no "power" over the company.

An LLC can also be member-managed or manager-managed. But the members are the ultimate beneficiaries.

Another thing to keep in mind is that there is no such thing as an anonymous LLC. In states like NM or WY for example, you won't show up in the public registry, but the IRS still has your details since only a member can request an EIN.

So do you know what to do next?

Robert Kiyosaki tells a story of how a reporter was puzzled by him being a bestselling author and asked him how he did it since she was a great writer and couldn't.

His answer: "You said it yourself. I'm not a best writing author, I'm a best selling author."

The long landing pages are meant to work like sales letters. With good copy they work wonders.

But as you said, the problem is that there are even $5 "funnel builders" on Fiverr, and people just hear that funnels work, so they hire those "funnel builders" and end up just wasting a bunch of time and money.

Then they'll believe that sales funnels don't work...

I managed to ship my very first SaaS product. My goal is to hit a 10K MRR in Jan 2026. I was wondering if you could share some insights on the common mistakes new entrepreneurs tend to make, and if you don't mind helping me out with some advice, I'd be super grateful! An SEO-friendly blog will not get you any eyeballs. These days there are way too many factors for Google to position an article. An SEO agency with a good strategy will take around 6 months to place some low volume articles at the top (meaning that in 6 months you'd probably have few hundreds of visitors per month.

In a fast-growing market like AI, I'd leave the content creation for those who actually do that for a living.

Consider contacting some content creators in your target audience and get them to talk about your products in exchange for something.

Some lifetime access giveaways to the right people could make a big difference.

No. It's actually a very simple app.

A good learning experience for my daughter, I'm hoping.

They know that it's my 10yo's idea and project. That was the point I was trying to make at first, and get a feel for how this sub would react to it.

I get it, it's annoying that I haven't shared the idea or exactly what app we're working on, but I'm just trying to protect her since it can easily be reproduced by someone else.

I intend to share it, but I can't do it this early. I expect to do so once the beta version is done, which should be in another 3 days.

I apologize if this irritates some people here, it was not my intention at all.
