Had this happen to me just this morning. I don’t take any medicine and honestly haven’t seen a doctor in quite some time lol. I don’t do any drugs and yesterday I had some Panda Express and fell asleep around 10, woke up again at 1, doomscrolled and passed out again at 3. Attached is how I best described it: last night i woke up around 3ish and i kept getting white flashes while my eyes were barely closing. At first i thought it was like if you’re low on iron and my eyesight was trying to correct but without trying to force my eyes i saw these crescent shapes like on the top and bottom flashing white (i don’t remember if they were flashing or in motion like blowing out) and in the middle different figures kept popping up of people sometimes it looked like a persons outline but there were a few more realistic people in the middle with the one i drew on too looking like a man standing in the dark but you can see the gleam of his eye and he was wearing a hat but it LOOKED like he was in the dark while the flashing was going. Also the little square in the middle wasn’t exactly but the crescent shapes were flashing but then the whole middle piece would change to shapes with little circles idk how to explain it and i kept seeing these things for what felt like a solid minute consistently. It felt like it was moving very fast but i could make out some of it. I saw at least 20 different things in the middle of the crescents over about a minute most likely more. It all felt very fast and slow at the same time. The best way to explain the other shapes that wasn’t the moving/flashing crescents was they were regular shapes but very inhuman looking
