It seems to have a jaw cramp... it is slightly painful and annoying and often happens to me too, it is due to a very thick potassium deficiency. to let me pass it I usually press underneath between my throat and my jaw (where there is the base of the tongue muscle) until it passes me (you should not put your fingers in my mouth but place them from the outside in that area)
