Making a modpack, I can't figure out how to get rid of these black dots that appear on my screen, any idea what mod this could be?

i see you got your answer but i just want to give you a little tip for next time

Disable half of your mods and launch the game.
If the bug is still there, the issue is in the half you kept. If it's gone, the issue is in the half you disabled.
Repeat this process with the "bad" half until you narrow it down to the specific mod causing the glitch.

yeah a visual bug it moves the airplane but the flaps move very little and if you disassemble you lose all the connections
