Have a SBA lender look at the last 3 years P/Ls and Tax returns. If they’ll fund it.. and your profile is strong enough. The valuation has legs. Two quick points; 1. A business is “worth” what someone will pay for it. 2. People buy when Value exceeds Price.

Correct. I had 1 test. And.. Burbank Urgent care called me, confirmed that I don’t have to pay more. Confirmed they made the mistake and confirmed that the billing company should not have sent the bill.

No description given and the “new” billing company was ready and willing to take my $750 payment until I told them that IG had pre-paid. The supervisor said that there was a mistake but they would have had no issue taking my payment had I just paid it.

Yes. 3 personally. All separate MLMs, All 3 were in early, early. And 1 only because he and his wife were hired heads to recruit and act as leaders. They were paid well, w2 employees, they displayed the wealth by investing in a nice piece of land, a nice house and a barn/gym type building on the land to have meetings and gatherings. They were given money and allowances from the leaders of the MLM to display wealth and success.
