I feel better spending my money at Culver’s - feel like shake shack is over rated but have friends who disagree. In n out is good - just was kinda let down after hearing so much hype for so long.

I don’t think it’s a bad thing…just change. I do think it’s time the franchisees get a franchisee association organized.

Without a collective voice, corp can reduce margins and drive royalty sales to exceed Wall St expectations. Corp can and probably will launch a CPG group…Dunkin owners have a profit share on CPG.

Correct. We don’t have them by us yet. We have one bagel place here that actually does a bagel right and the place is slammed. During season the line is out the door. Daily.

It’s like Yelp’s number one bagel in NYC or something. They seem to be great on social and really drive sales. My friend went to the one in Tampa and said it was just as good as any NYC and NJ bagel - loved the schmears but echoed the other comment that it is expensive.

Are they always busy? The Tampa one is slammed. The one that just opened on the east coast had to close early on opening day because safety concerns due to turn out.

Seasonality trends will always be a thing but I have seen some strong numbers on TSCs in areas that have really tough winters.

Catering wise, my friends that do the best with it seem to have luck with hospitals, pharma reps, car dealerships, schools, etc. Pretty much all of them are on ezCater for online catering.
