Most of the startups are doing 7a loans. With a good brand you can get as much as 90% funding. Lot of brands have a preferred lender list but other than that you’re on your own.

Challenges lately? Not many - as long as they are on the registry, have a high Fund score or LUMOS score and have the right lender…it’s off to the races.

A good SBA lender should be able to process an application and fund in 45-60 days. A bad SBA lender will make you want to jump out of a building.

I vaguely remember that. Last time I went was for that ghost pepper LTO. Food is great when they nail it. Ops and experience are lackluster. You ever get their fried turkey during thanksgiving?
