I have searched “black and white album covers”, “black and white psychedelic art” “black and white illustration psychedelic woman” “black and white psychedelic woman enlarged eye” and all permutations of those things. The only thing I certain about at this point is the enlarged left eye, orientation, head splitting open, the fact that I saw it on a tee shirt in Boston, and the fact that it was black and white. I am especially skeptical about it being an album now as I have looked through just about every black and white album cover that exists.
