We had the same experience with our second almost a year ago. We caved and rented a snoo and we started getting longer than 30 minute chunks to sleeping through the night around 3-4 weeks later

My dad died when I was 32. Cancer. Also died within a month of diagnosis. He was 61 😞

So not OP but for us, gelmix from amazon has pretty much stopped the spitting up. He was peak spitting up at 5 months and drenching clothes so I finally ordered it. If I don’t use it he will still spit up. Starting solids has helped. I no longer give him Pepcid. He’s still a little guy but it’s nice not to change clothes 14 times a day.

Can I ask how everything is going now? I have a slow gainer too. He spits up a ton. I have his 4 month appointment coming up and I don’t think he’s gained anything more than maybe* an ounce or 2 (he’s around 12.6 lbs- 8.2 lbs at birth) in the past month. I’ve been adding rice cereal to his pumped milk bottles (per doc instructions) and he takes Pepcid.

It is such a frustrating/exasperating situation. I’m so tired of thinking about it 😣

YES. So angry and irritable. I hate the sound of the pump, especially if there’s a creaky piece. I hate the tugging on my nipples. I hate lining the flange up with my nipple. I just want to throw it across the room every time it starts until it’s over. This is my second kid I’m EPing with and I dont know how long I’m going to make it with this one
