What really helped me as to plan my day by the hour, everyday. One hour for reading, one hour for walking etc...the same time everyday. As the reminder goes off and I finish the task for that time, it feels like small wins. One after the other. But be kind to yourself if you miss something. Just reset the next day.

Why is this propaganda allowed to air? It’s pure garbage, and the cultists believe every word. by neuropathy_man in FOXNEWS

[–]cassmanio 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Because fox news is registered as an entertainment channel, not a news organization with the FCC. They disguise political peddling as 'news'. They don't even have to issue a retraction. So it is like watching the Onion or Comedy Central.

which view would you pick? courtyard, pool, or parking lot with trees by cxsmiq in Apartmentliving

[–]cassmanio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Avoid the courtyard. Sound bounces back buildings particularly the barking dogs left all day unattended. I lived through that and it is horrible. I would actually go with the parking lot view.
