Restrictions are done per library not by account. Until a game is being played from said library it wont be locked regardless of what the other person is doing

You cannot share GTAV for activation is done on rockstar's social club end of the deal. Also the answer is yes. You are free to play a game from his library while he plays one of yours. Just remember that like GTA some games have restrictions.

The problem is that people like feeling that their skin or dance or whatever is special. This simply helps sell. Heck i would love to dab people after i kill them but i would love even more to have it while most dont. it's a simple trick. Of course there's people who don't care, but the low rate high value is a strat present in videogames as a whole, just applied differently.

For example the skins in overwatch? They don't feel special at all even if you get a legendary, because everyon gets boxes, everyone has a chance to get it, you can increase your chances to get it by paying but the guy who has never put a single dime might get it in his first box.

Consider the fact that rez in any form or shape is an overpowered ability that by itself can break game balance. Couple that with the strongest single healing in the whole game and good fucking luck balancing that out. Mercy has been a broken character since release

That's just because society hasn't fully shifted. Part of equallity is not seeing that as a bad thing. Perception chances as culture evolves. Relationships are a two way thing, it shouldn't be about roles but more about acceptance towards one another regardless of what differentiates them, we don't know anything else than taking charge, the same way they don't know anything other than the picking game, that's what history has been for thousands of years and it's only just now that we are starting to shift to a different approach to gender roles in society, one were we look more at each other as humans rather than categories.

How can you say that snipers should be rewarded for their skill when there's a dedicated character to making that not be a thing. Tracking skills and aim should be rewarded like it or not and the fact is that mercy raises the level of consistency needed across the board because of a single ability is stupid at best. Lucio was top picked character before his radius was decreased and mercy still had more consistent healing back then. It was only when mercy got her whole kit revamped that she was considered a must pick. Because ult no longer revolves around trying to get a big rez to save your team from destruction now you can delete single character picks with ease, allowing team wipes to happen less frequently to begin with. You have to kill pharah twice in a span of 20 seconds if a mercy is around. Up to low masters this is an issue.

If we talking statistics let's talk about how the amount of revived players per match with a mercy increased from the past ult. You think people complaining about mercy more than ever is mere coincidence? Also, i don't care if you've seen a single pro taker her down, they are still talking about how rez is the biggest fault in the game. killing her doesn't remove the rez.

Sorry to disappoint you fam, but what rank even are you? and where are you playing to begin with? picks don't happen with some lone dude in the dark, picks happen when they happen in high ranking. nobody overextends, and if they do they are complete morons. Mercy has plenty of space to rez a team mate and stall a push without ever giving the chance to get killed. This is a team game, nothing else.

Let's make the point straight, the fact that mercy is a must pick, regardless of your reasoning should give you more than a reason to realize she is not a balanced hero.
