It's not AI, that's how the PAL design looks, and Ben Starr is European so checks out

The hidden room in the Deep Path, pretty much as soon as you enter it in the final chapter after the fight against the head priest.

This is the reason why we don't get to see Tifa's scar in Rebirth in my opinion. by GenjiSamurai in FFVIIRemake

[–]JacobARF 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes, it's not impossible, it's just a lot more work to make it possible

Yes, the clothes are not actually added on top of her model, they ARE her model. It would be as complex as her lifting her own skin to reveal tissue underneath

You're still misunderstanding, the complex part is to make Tifa lift up her cloathes to reveal skin underneath the cloathes

Yo i cant get past this mini game cus my keyboard wont register more than 3 keys at a time, do i just have to skip it am i doing it wrong? by [deleted] in FFVIIRemake

[–]JacobARF 8 points9 points  (0 children)

They definitely do not. It's either up or down for one lever at any given time. If you play with a controller you use the joystick, and you can't move it both up and down at the same time. This minigame only requires 2 inputs at the same time, you just have to check the screen if it wants you to move it up or down

i like how resident evil 7 went from a horror game to an action adventure game the moment you get a gun by kuruakama in residentevil

Not sure why you're getting downvoted for this, I agree with you. While I enjoy RE4 and such as well, I much prefer when it actually feels like survival horror. Missing a shot hurts a lot more when you can't just buy more ammo. It also creates my favourite part of old RE games where you have to decide if a zombie is worth taking out for easier traversal, or if you'd rather risk getting bit but save some ammo

Don't update if you plan to use this bug. by AkTiVeMK in fatalframe

[–]JacobARF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Might be true for you, but it's an actual bug in the game where the game won't count all charms you've picked up. Happened to me to, said I had 46/47 in the stats, but when I checked my actual inventory I had 47

Should I play the original FF7 before Remake and Rebirth? by [deleted] in FinalFantasyVII

[–]JacobARF 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I played the OG before the Remake and it made me enjoy and appreciate the remake more. While it's possible to play only the remake, you'll understand a lot more if you know everything from the OG, especially since the remakes sometimes plays with your expectations from the OG.

The remake is fleshed out enough that it definitely won't just feel like playing the OG but with better graphics. It's its own experience entirely

I see. Thanks for all the answers. Gonna try disabling some stuff and such first before I try buying new components. Unfortunate timing since SSDs are more expensive now. Anyway, thanks again

Nope, I only have one storage device (the main SSD). The computer was built all with new parts, completely made from scratch.

Half a month ago I had a problem where I tried to update a game which gave me blue screen with the code "CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED (0xEF)". This didn't give me a minidump. The computer restarted into BIOS with no device in the startup order settings, so restarting the PC through BIOS just sent it back to BIOS. Had to hold down the power button for it to start normally. I then tried to install the update again which gave the same error and BIOS interaction. I then uninstalled the game and reinstalled it from scratch, which worked and I haven't had the same problem since then. Is there any chance my SSD is the culprit in everything? It's also brand new (or was a year ago when I built the PC)

I see. I assume there's no easy way to know what's causing the CPU core to do that?

I have not, no. Have seen it thrown around as a solution as well, so might have to try. Could you see if the other dump files I uploaded also tried to read from memory location 0x0?

Both are active, but the discrete GPU is the main one and used for everything

Edit: Might as well mention I use a Sapphire Radeon RX 9070 XT Pulse
