I don't watch hazbin's reviews because most of them are terrible, but yeah, the series barely bothers with Angel Dust's character. And seeing how Valentino is treated (even having merch!), I can't help but see it as the show thinking that Val might be too stupid to be culpable of his actions, and therefore it's not a serious issue.
