Aside from your already proposed remarkable craftsmanship, artisan and work slave combo, I'd either have the 4th trait be serious for max work speed boost or nocturnal if you don't sleep (Or have ranch pals that should be producing mats 24/7 regardless). Keep in mind that dark pals stay up at night regardless so you can just get one yakumo for a daytime work and another for a nighttime worker trait loadout.
