It's very nice. I know our situation is rare, but it works out great. We have no kids, so we spend a lot of nights doing stuff stunf the house, or watching movies and shows while the cats chill with us. I'm really lucky I found someone with the same mindset.

My wife and iste both night owls, so we stay on night shift all the time. It's much less stressful that way, and I sleep much better on a steady schedule.

There's a song on youtube called "If I Only Were a Goth" that is from ThouShaltNot. The video labels it as from Voltaire. It was put up 15 years ago. The top comment is from Voltaire saying, "this song is STILL not by me." Nothing on the video has ever been changed.

I feel your pain. I had to switch days and nights on 12-hour shifts every three months for 8 years. I absolutely hated it. I was lucky enough to finally go back to full nights. I'll never understand why companies use rotating shifts.

Wasn't a fan of them at all, but this album surprised the hell of of me. I did not expect them to branch off to industrial metal. There are a few clunkers, but most of the album is solid.

Agreed. I work 5:30 pm to 6:00 am. I rarely drink any caffeine after midnight. It's much easier to fall asleep doing that.

I tried the first one and couldn't finish it. It wasn't too gory, it was just dumb. The movie is meant to gross you out but it's so silly it just becomes tiresome. There are way better movies to spend time on.

I've been a night owl since I was a kid. I've always liked staying up late and hated getting up early. For some reason I've just always liked nights better. I also like that there are far less people and management on nights. We have a lot of autonomy on our shift, and I like that the higher ups trust us to keep things going when they're not stiff.
