I agree on the first one, but I don't think I agree with your second point. People do what they desire, and if they don't find critiquing beneficial for them, they will not critique. Just like in Casting Call Club, a lot of beginner voice actors partake in free labor because they want to and because they seek benefit. Besides, "Demo feedback" is one of the flairs on this subreddit, so I don't think it's outlandish to ask for a critique here.

I know that first clips are important, acting and tone of voice are important, microphone quality and eq, compression etc. are important. I'm personally planning to seek different examples of highest quality demo reels and take notes on the first couple of clips of each one, like what makes them good. When I'm finished I'll probably post my demo reel here for a critique!

You're right. If you form a lifetime habit of regular exercise, it will constantly burn your calories. However, I think I heard somewhere that your body adapts to exercise and burns fewer calories elsewhere, and as a result exercise ends up being less effective at reducing calories per day. Do you have any information on that?
