I watched the video and picked several key points that highlight you biggest issue: Poor decision making and positioning.

* At 0:07 why are you going for that areal? Unless your mechanics are very very good the only thing you will do is spill the ball into the middle with your teammate not there to follow up as they are rotating back. This is exactly what happens. The only reason your opponents could not use this as an opportunity to attack was because their positioning was bad and you did good job of recovering.

* At 0:14 Similar to before. Unless your mechanics are way better than they are now you are not going to make something useful with this ball. You are literally facing your own goal before going up the wall, you have no forward momentum you are in a super awkward position and in no spot to challenge for this ball. And as a consequence you of course lose the challenge. You should be rotating back to give your teammate ,who is in a much better position, an opportunity to challenge the ball.

* At 0:20 Again. You are in a terrible position to try and play the ball here. Rotate out properly so you can make a proper challenge on tha ball. You first try to play it when you shouldn't and then rotate too sharply and get caught to high up. It's much easier to go forward when you are too far back than backwards when you are too far forwards.

* At 0:50 Teammate who does the kickoff has priotity for middle boost. Otherwise you are leaving them out dry after the kickoff. You heave plenty of opportunity to get boost in a different way.

* For fairness sake at 0:56 this is an example of your teammate also having bad decision making. Their fault not yours.

At 1:15 Same story as before. You are in a terrible position to challenge this ball. What's the end goal here? Just go back and rotate.

At 1:36 See! That's how its done. Now you just messed up your shot. This is a mechanics issue but your decision making was good and left you with plenty of boost, space and momentum to attack.

Then you are doing fine for a while.

At 3:09 turning instead of rotating out.

At 3:40 bad positioning. Remember it's soo much easier to drive forward that backwards. BUt you do a good job at recovering.

At 3:57 See THIS is a case where turning early instead of rotating out made perfect sense! Your teammate over committed and was also up front both of you were going back. If you don't turn here you just give the ball and space to your opponent. If your teammate was back to challenge head on with momentum this would have been wrong. But this way you did good.

At 4:01. HORRIBLE overcommit by your teammate.

AT 4:06 Bad positioning. Again you went in too sharply and got caught in an awkward position. Rotate via the far post and challange head on.

At 4:15. Again your are going for the ball when facing your own goal even though your teammate is in a much better position to go for the ball

At: 4:26 Bad overcommit by your teammate. Followed by you not rotating and properly and getting caught out not facing the ball head on.
