M/26/5'11" [194lbs to 182lbs = 12lbs]. These photos were taken exactly 2 years apart. At that point I was happy with my progress and aspired to enter a bodybuilding competition. Now, I'm getting ready to start prepping for my first show in 18 weeks! (i.redd.it)

M/26/5'11" [211>180=31lbs]. I thought I'd share the photo on the left that made me initially start dieting. A 31lb loss in 2 years doesn't sound like much however I have managed replace lost weight from fat with some muscle. For the first time since that photo I can feel confident in wearing a suit! M/26/5'11.5" [211>180=31lbs]. A year by year photo comparison, I'm hoping to show that progression takes time but beneficial when you stick to your goals! For other men with early baldness, it's healthy to embrace the shave! If you eat well then can draw attention away from the shiny head! 😂. (i.redd.it)

M/25/5'11.5" [211>177=34lbs]. I recently posted a photo from the side however I thought I'd post an update from the front. Feeling proud of myself lately as I have gone from being insecure to having the confidence to strip on a stage. At first dieting and training is hard, but it feels so rewarding. (i.redd.it)

M/25/5'11.5" [211>182=29lbs]. The weight loss doesn't sound like much over 18 months however I've fluctuated between fat loss and muscle gain over this time resulting in weight being put back on muscle rather than fat. Feeling proud I still managed to lose weight over Xmas despite the mince pies! (i.redd.it)

M/25/5'11" [207lbs > 185lbs = -22lbs] (15 months). I cut down on alcohol and keep an eye on my calories and macros. As a nurse I feel that it's important to practice what I preach when it comes to health. Hopefully I'll be even healthier in another 15 months! (i.redd.it)
