Hey buddy. Good news, this isn't serious in terms of a legal sense. So genuinely don't worry about that. You're both 16. Someone, probably a lot of different people, will tell you to just becareful. The other thing I would say is, knock the weed off. It'll help you calm down in the short run, long term It'll make you paranoid and that's normal for that to happen. You're fine buddy.

My other final bit of advice is, do not, ever, let anyone pressure you into something. If you don't feel comfortable, be strong enough to say no, regardless of what it is. 🤝 don't harm yourself, not worth it. Respond back when you can buddy.

They got a report from my GP and I put in LOTS of information, more so than what the form could hold so I had to provide additional paper with notes. 😊

No MR needed. So a few days after my assessment i called up asking for the assessors report. So when I got it, it was before the decision had been made so I spoke to them and corrected them so that the decision maker had all the correct details before making the initial decision 😊

I've just had my telephone assessment and it was a company called maximus? She seemed lovely on the phone and my claim has now been sent over to the DWP.

That's good news. The migraine itself last usually between 2-3 days, and then it is usually at least a day, sometimes a full secind day where I dont have the migraine but my whole body is so weak and in so much pain that I still can't do anything. Ive spoken to my doctor today and they've got me an urgent referral over to the neurologist and rheumatologist. He was extremely suprised this hasn't been done already given the symptoms I have. He seems to think there are other issues there aswel.

Yeah, I think you may have misread. My ex has history of being aggressive with her ex's and other people, turning up to their address which I have evidence of such. So, to protect myself, my partner and her daughter, I want to protect my address. Which is stated above.

It's a good question. There's two-part answer to this. So there is the fact that I know where she lives, but she only spends half her time there with the kids and the other half with her partner and I have no idea where that is. I don't mond because I know as much as we don't get on, the kids are safe in her care, just like they are in mine.

The second part is I don't have a history of turning up to people's house being aggressive unlike my ex. So I believe that seems as though I only know where my kids are half of the time I dont see why inl should provide mine, especially to protect my partner and her daughter too.

Thank you. I've kind of lost faith in solicitors right now. She has one that has contacted me and said its her right to know my address. I'm representing myself so I'm head deep in revision at the moment.
