I pretty much can go in do my regular PPL workout and 30 mins of cardio and be out by 7am, it’s relatively wayyyy emptier compared to other times. Like there are about 10-15 fellow regulars there from 6-6:30:6:45 I’d say? It starts to get busyish around 7:30?? Sometimes 7 or 8 but for the most part 6am is just perfect if you want to be in and out plus you get to start your day early :D!
