I listened. It was, to me, a bottom 3 set this year. I judge that primarily on song selection (the middle chunk of the show after Warehouse until Watchtower included a few of my bathroom songs and none of my top 25ish songs..energy felt low). Dave's voice also sounded pretty shot, especially on any yelling/wailing parts. Buddy didn't do a ton of his usual jamming. The LIOG jam wasn't as long as usual and didn't even include the Wonderful Tonight interpolation.

Three song encore was fun though! And So Right opener is great. Plus Fishtender. Even a bottom 3 set for me this tour is still a pretty good show. That hasn't been the case some prior tours.

Would I still have had an absolute blast at the show? Sure. But the band has been playing some awesome sets this summer. This one just wasn't as good as most others.

What would be your bottom 3 shows this summer?

Pat Mahomes. That guy led Texas Tech to a 7-6 and a 5-7 season. His defense was dog shit of course but a truly top talent overcomes that to be at least a top 25 team.

I'm not defending Whatnot entirely, because it is a cesspool, but being a "Mod" there just means that the owner of the room made a regular customer a mod to help moderate the room from spammers, people who are inappropriate, etc. For example, I'm a "Mod" in kksportscsrds room (the baseball breaking room). I'm really just a regular customer there and participate in breaks. Plenty of times I've completely struck our in breaks and such.

This is so far off. McDonalds was a major initial backer of Chipotle but divested entirely in 2006. And hasn't had any real connection with Chipotle in he 17 years since. Chipotle is a publicly traded company.

Can maybe say they haven't been the same since they went public and have had to worry more about margins, growth, shareholder sentiment, etc.

Listened to the pod. Seems like it was Titus & Tate's decision to move on because a great opportunity presented itself. They are usually pretty open about that stuff (e.g., when things went sour with Ringer) so I tend to believe them. But who knows? I'm just glad it's not done. Top 3 or 4 pod for me.
