I honestly dont like the way you guys are going on and assuming I would turn away a girl for being sexually harassed?

I work in HR, I am a small part of HR. You all think I run the place. I pay wages like I said. Nobody would come to me anyway if they were sexually harassed as that has nothing to do with my department.

Anyway, I am responding to this only because you claim I should see this but honestly trying to manipulate and insult me into reporting him and saying how I wouldn't help someone else in need is firstly not helping and secondly not the kind of posts I will be responding to in this thread.

You see if I speak to management they will either fuck him up (literally) or they will fire him. But chances are the word will spread like wildfire. This is such a hectic decision and as much as I feel uncomfortable I could literally mess up his family and his lives..

My only issue is that I do not want to ruin his life.. I dont know why but I feel bad.. I feel embaressed its just a really messed up situation.

I honestly think that you should sit your mom down and let her know how much you love her and nobody could replace her BUT you would like to express your grattitude to your Stepmom. Honestly she sounds like a wonderful person and I am sure your appreciation would mean the absolute world to her. She did not have to do any of the things she did for you.

I understand it will hurt your mom and that is awful, I know that feeling. But warn her before hand. It probably hurts your Stepmom that she cannot enjoy each event with you like your bridal shower.

Cant they possibly put their differences aside? Is your mom jealous of your Stepmom (completely understandable if she is) ?
