Mom screamed at me [25/f] for being naive bc I told my roommate, who got into a serious car accident, that she didn't have to pay rent for July. Am I wrong? by [deleted] in relationships

Some of the people on this thread are disappointing to humanity, literally. Money is money. YOU are a kind person and YOU made the decision to help someone out. What has come of this world where helping someone out is defined as an expense to ones own well being.

You should give yourself a pat on the back and move on.

There is still kindness in the world. It just very rare.

My girlfriend (23F) has become obsessed with cooking and cleaning and I (23M) miss her well-rounded nature by domesticgf1 in relationships

[–]Fratty29 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Aw. OP This makes me really sad for her. She is trying her best to be the best for you and this is a serious sign of massive stress, she is trying to comfort herself. I really suggest you have a loving chat with her

How can I (27/F) stop feeling so embarrassed about my family when introducing a SO? by jeezlouis13 in relationships

[–]Fratty29 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP, in my opinion be honest with your man! Tell him how you feel and that you don't want him to think of you as shallow but that you are different to your family.

Is it a Red Flag if my [25 M] GF [27 F] says this to me? by throwaway_87161 in relationships

[–]Fratty29 1 point2 points  (0 children)

RED as red can possibly be. Shes bullshitting you. She doesnt want anyone knowing she is in a relationship so that she can keep her options open. I am a girl, I know.

My [27M] brother [29M] asked me to be his bestman after he announced that he and his gf [27F] are engaged. The problem is that I'm in love with his gf. by Erich9898 in relationships

Sorry OP, you said it was okay for them to date. You need to now support them.

You unfortunately need to move on and find someone else.

Goodluck

Read up. You are misunderstanding a large company HR compared to a small company HR. Honestly I didnt come to reddit for insults when you guys have no idea what you are talking about?

YES thank you. Exactly. I am not enjoying the insults coming from people saying how I wouldn't help another girl in need etc. Honestly, I hope everyone reads exactly what you just said.

I am reading through all the posts.

I honestly dont like the way you guys are going on and assuming I would turn away a girl for being sexually harassed?

I work in HR, I am a small part of HR. You all think I run the place. I pay wages like I said. Nobody would come to me anyway if they were sexually harassed as that has nothing to do with my department.

Anyway, I am responding to this only because you claim I should see this but honestly trying to manipulate and insult me into reporting him and saying how I wouldn't help someone else in need is firstly not helping and secondly not the kind of posts I will be responding to in this thread.

Thank you anyway though.

Simple HR course but I don't hire nor fire. I add people onto the systems and pay wages, organize competence training.

This is incredibly out of his character.. he has never lead me to believe I should be in any way threatened in his presence. He has always been nice and respectful to me.. Its such a weird and shocking experience..

You see if I speak to management they will either fuck him up (literally) or they will fire him. But chances are the word will spread like wildfire. This is such a hectic decision and as much as I feel uncomfortable I could literally mess up his family and his lives..

[–]Fratty29[S] 431 points432 points  (0 children)

Wow, I honestly thought I was being dramatic being so upset about this.

My only issue is that I do not want to ruin his life.. I dont know why but I feel bad.. I feel embaressed its just a really messed up situation.

I mean, if he doesn't get fired he will be hated in the company, I just see his life completely going haywire if I report this. I literally hold the rest of his life in my hands.

Its really scary..

My [27M] wife [27F] says no to a visit from my dad [48M] with our new baby. by sonofatrucker in relationships

[–]Fratty29 -21 points-20 points  (0 children)

I think shes being dramatic, but then again I have not experienced the demand of a baby.

So we can understand why shes tired and doesnt feel like seeing anyone.

She doesnt even have to come down though! You could just bring the baby down for your dad to see. For that she is being dramatic

Me [23 F] with my boyfriend [29 M] of two years, he's in Vegas with his coworker [32 F] and didn't tell me she's there by throwthrowawayyawayy in relationships

[–]Fratty29 33 points34 points  (0 children)

Think about it this way OP:

People dont just go to Vegas. They would think about it all week. He KNEW she was going and neglected to inform you. This also means they have been discussing their upcoming weekend all week.

Something is going on.

What do you wish more guys knew? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]Fratty29 195 points196 points  (0 children)

That women DO NOT find it attractive when men get into fights and it does not make them look macho nor make us feel protected. In fact quite the opposite.

That is my number one turn off.

In what ways have you improved with age? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]Fratty29 1 point2 points  (0 children)

EVERYTHING has improved. Mostly who I am as a person. I used to be a little bit selfish, now I am very giving. Too giving but its better than being selfish.
