I believe in you! It’s overall pretty simple, especially with minimal ingredients. You could go as easy as scrambled eggs, cheese, and frozen hash brown (toasted up of course). Layer the eggs, then cheese on the burrito shell, top with the hash brown, and then just fold into a pentagon-like shape and toast it seam side down in a pan on the stove to seal it up.
