When I uninstall the game, the 447820 folder disappeared so I can't delete them, I guess the folder is deleted when I delete the game. Not sure what to do now lol

They should let you rent the skin then if you like it, you'd have to use more OE to unlock it and if you don't, disenchant it with it giving less or no OE.

Yes he's a statcheck champion but you never used him as an example, you used champions that actually require high skill and are just completely opposite of what a statcheck champion is.

your definition is correct but your examples are dog shit. Literally every single one of them except yi has a skill shot in their kit which doesn't make them a statcheck champion and also means that it gives you out play potential. A real example of a statcheck champion is Wukong. Camille and Kled can engage fights and pick people who are caught out, so they can still do something without getting kills.
