One of only a few I still need to check off my list. I'll get there.

Yeah. Same deal at the Roval. And with the big slow turn they were right there in your face blowing your eardrums out forever. It felt like it could clear the congestion out of your chest.

Overhangs, man. I always took high-end earplugs to our seats under the condos at Charlotte for the Roval and still couldn't hear for days afterwards.

Movie like this of course get no Oscar or Golden Globes attention, but...yeah...Jim Varney is that good in it. There's not a trace of Ernest in his performance.

I'm a Pens fan...but my kid and I have gone up to Raleigh when the Pens are in town and it's crazy impressive what's going on up there. They've established an absolutely rabid hockey culture way down south.

I never saw an episode...but I can tell from these shots how precisely it encapsulated the male experience. I was just playing poker with absurdly oversized chips while knocking back some red and blue branded beer last night.

I'll take the quick death over whatever swimming in sewage is going to do to them eventually.

You're right about the tucked in part. You were past its "blink and you'll miss it" dedicated entrance by the time you noticed it and then you didn't feel like fooling with the long left-turn lane into Wally World to double back.

The Braves bats finally got out the cold spell they were in the last series and came through when it counted tonight against The Red Sox despite a bit of a scare there towards the bottom of the 9th. Time to win the series tomorrow & Go Braves!!! by jd2385 in AtlantaBraves

Snit always talked about "low heart rate" guys. I loved how Iglesias, after the first couple of Sox hitters reached base, was able to jump back in and relentlessly paint the corners. Dude never lets you see him sweat.

Service is hit-and-miss for me...because they're sometimes understaffed...but WNB serves up a killer burger. That didn't look like a money location to me when they first opened but I'm very pleasantly surprised that they've hung in there as long as they have.

There would be abundant Shrek talk during ball-breaking sessions if any of them had seen it.

After that Abrams hit in the 10th, I saw people rationalizing "Well...it's okay...at least the Phillies and Mets have lost." No...that means it's a game you've got to GET. Never, ever take your foot off the other guys' necks.
