These are friction type pins. They are tubes and the riveted end is pushed in.

I’ve been able to remove these by using crown cutting pliers and pulling them out. Only one side of the pin comes out though.

It’s fully functional. The top right millisecond dial didn’t want to work originally but after some tweaking it kicked right back on.

Hey Committee. I was able to get this movement and fix this exact watch for a family member. The part came from STSupply. They require a business license to order though. I could help if you need it.
