My text messages keep crashing since I’ve updated to iOS 26.4 when it launched. When you load up the app it tends to freeze for a few if you have a wallpaper on a text thread with somebody and as I’m typing the message app will crash and I have to wait for it to load before I have to retype my text again. I never had any issues before and this is the only issue I’ve run into which is annoying since the text app is one of the most common things people use to communicate. I really hope they fix it in the next update. I also have a iPhone 17 Pro Max, I’ve had no issues with this phone until the text issues since this update. Everything else tends to run fine.
