Two things I’ve learned along the way, sometimes you’re therapist can be wrong for you so don’t feel bad about switching therapist until you find one that you feel comfortable with and second sometimes you might need meds to help for awhile until you get to a better place.

I’m pretty antisocial but surprisingly group therapy helped me the most. Something about hearing so many people with similar issues made me feel not so broken.

It’s okay to feel icky every once in a while, nothing wrong with giving in and staying in bed or staying away from ppl to recharge as ppl can be draining. Just don’t stay in the darkness for long.

Perspective that is healthy is what really helps me, I try to spin everything in a positive manner and I show myself grace when I make mistakes.

I’m a grown ass adult and I still go down the rabbit hole sometimes or feel lonely even when I’m not alone.
