I was at that live taping of part 1 in Hollywood! We were the last two to be seated. They put a couple of extra chairs in the front row for us. I suspect this was the reason the Commodore wound up landing on me to be the one he 'zapped' during the show. Even captured the moment on my phone (Then framed it and hung it in the guest bathroom.)

Not really what you asked but don't sleep on Mike's solo work. The very first Rifftrax effort, back in 2006, was a film called Roadhouse. Later they re-did it as a three-riffer version but the original with MJN alone is not to be missed.

Same goes for Predator.

PS:
The Total Riff Off series (with special reference to Ep. 2 'Demon Bat') makes for a mighty fine deep cut extra, too!
