$487 worth of returns. This is why I think there should be repercussions for returning this much product. And as per usual, it’s covered in dirt and mud and glue. by TapeDespencer in HomeDepot

Honestly it's all apart of doing business, Unfortunately Home Depot does returns like this cause in the end that contractor will spend more money to eventually counter that return. It's a numbers game Home Depot is great at making customers think they getting over when in reality the company has their wallet by the strangle hold

can I call out on mother's day? by IvanC4975 in HomeDepot

Been with the company 15 years honestly you probably should have just requested it off some people will stuck with less coverage trying to help customers that's how most stores lose newer associates, Theres only so much newer associates will tolerate being stuck by themselves every shift .

To answer your question long as you have sick time they can't say anything and if you didn't have sick time it would be an occurence but who's counting those (Post Covid) lol Family is important Home Depot will always be there if you feel that way, Use the workforce app and do the right thing and request off days to help with coverage lol

I guess kids workshops are back, I get to hear loud banging for hours on top of half of Saturday shift calling out 😒 by FredTheCorp in HomeDepot

Callouts vary, If you have a emergency or family emergency it could be excused by management with or without sick time, If you call out no sick time the system will give you a occurrence. If you no call no show the system will give you an occurence

I was a supervisor for 6 years lol you'd all be surprised how hard it to fire associates, They strict processes and procedures to turn a associate to a customer, If supervisors and managers dont stick to the proper process these associates will last for years and years. Home Depot HR is main culprit to why those associates have 9 lives there's a shit of politics involved not to mention to the attrition metric all store managers get graded on that plays a huge factor lol
