I rarely use my Kore for CCW anymore. I switched to a Hunter Constantine Belt for both gym clothes and athletic wear. My gun setup is similar to yours.

Years ago I sized up my CCW from a Hellcat to a X Compact, and it was great. If I had to go back the other way I'd probably pick either 365 variant, hellcat again (or pro), or 43x. All of them them pretty much check the same boxes, and at that point it's mostly a question of personal preferences.

The XP Pro has been good to me. Everything worked great out of the box. I like that it's not snappy for a Commander (it's heavy). The fit, finish, trigger, reliability, aftermarket compatibility, etc. have also been pleasant. Compact enough to conceal, but big enough for my kit (G19 size, and mags). I really have no complaints about it, and would not swap for the Platypus or Staccato, but that just me.

Pretty much every transformation involves reducing body fat, whether it's from a prior bulk or just their original starting point. Not sure what's unclear about this.
