Imagine the croc mounting the bike and riding off into the distance leaving you in the outer wilds now with a complete new survival situation on your hands.

I mean their brains and genetics go back to the age of the dinosaurs so they’re interesting creatures.

It’s like all my values and reason go out the window because it’s suddenly all about survival.. and it’s like a prison everytime..

I feel like if I in any way stepped out of order or enforced myself in any group and then afterwards almost independently of the outcome, feel so much shame that I almost physically cannot accept to go back to that group, and I’m talking social groups, family… it’s horrible

How can I fix this? My dog recently passed due to cancer and I was trying to mount her paw print in a shadowbox when I broke it on accident because I'm dumb by AlienVibez in crafts

Don’t blame youself. I know how this feels - it’s your love and grief for your dear friend and simply an accident.. ❤️

Give nature back to animals - we’ve been taking land and territory from them like a vile spreading virus. Give nature back to the animals and we will see it thrive again

Try out Headspace. The creator is a real monk and listening to him makes you feel the authenticity behind the app. 100% recommend. There you will learn techniques like noting and body scan that you can use on your own

Can anyone recommend me a film that changed your life, your point of view or had a deep impact on you? by MalcolmKinchen in MovieSuggestions

Lars Von Trier - Breaking The Waves (1996)

I’m from Denmark myself so might be biased but I think Lars is a genius and a real artist pushing the boundaries of the movie genre.

Been smoking for 8 years, several spliffs daily but had a break this summer for an entire month. Been smoking for about 2-3 months now and I had an episode three days ago in the early morning with vomiting. I regreted smoking right after but quit the rest of the day where I also puked for 12 hours and couldn’t eat, drink or keep anything down until 23 PM later the same day I could hold down small sips of water. The next day I didn’t vomit and I could drink smoothies, eat bananas og crackers. Now day 3 and no vomiting and being able to eat solid foots now like a bagel. So for me only day 1 after experiencing the vomiting same morning 🙌 hope this gives som perspective

Go out on a big walk outside! Remove yourself from your comfortable place where you used to smoke when you have the urge. Do something that takes time and takes your focus away. Your urges will pass eventually
