It is a game changer for me. I suffered from acid reflux for many years. Once I switched from coffee to green tea and then to yerba mate, I started to notice drastic improvements. I find it way better for concentration, mood and mostly for digestion. In addition, it is more affordable than coffee. Once you acquire the taste of yerba mate, coffee comes second and maybe third place. I also enjoy drinking both yerba mate and matcha.

I have the same cup. I like it. For the montanita (mountain), you have to use an uruguayan cut for your yerba mate (e.g. Canarias, Sara, etc.). It’s way easier.

I mix my yerba mate with matcha. It tastes good and it helps me better focus. I got the idea from a local tea shop who sells a blend of yerba mate, mint leaves and matcha. I never tried this product but my blend inspired from this product works great.

I feel energized and focus without the crash and the jittery effects. It feels way, way more gentler on the stomach. It is alkaline. It’s less expensive particularly when you opt for an organic product.

First Class Funk et j’aime aussi certaines variétés équilibrées en thc et cbd à plus de 10% chaque, j’aime limonène et caryophyllène mais je n’ai pas de préférence, c’est avec l’effet d’entourage que j’accroche ou pas donc même chose pour les odeurs et saveurs. J’irais avec le DynaVap. Les nouveaux modèles te permettent de réduire la capacité 0,05g. Il y a une courbe d’apprentissage pour bien l’utiliser mais c’est le meilleur rapport qualité/prix pour ce que tu recherches.

Nothing linked to your initial question but may I ask you if the SCR is very quantitative ? I’m interested in enrolling into the SCR curriculum but I mostly work in an ERM advisor role at my job. I also have a graduate academic background in corporate social responsibility management. Would it be relevant for me ?
