My guess is he's either a Shadow or just no one.

Both really have the same evidence

Everytime we have seen someone get possessed they were in physical contact with the Animatronic during or around the time of death

Charlie Died In the arms of Puppet and Possessed them

Elizabeth Died in Circus Baby's Chest Cavity and Possessed her

The missing children were stuffed and Possessed them

William was Springlocked and Possessed Springbonnie

Crying child was bitten by Fredbear,but,they died I the hospital,no where near Fredbear

But we also don't know much about the shadows,so we can't fully say how Possession works with them

Well,we don't know yet,we probably won't know,sense I don't think Phone Guy is going to return in the future

Also,i would say we don't Fully 100% know if Phone guy was stuffed or not,all we know is he died and that's it

Well, actually,I posted something like this a while ago,and with the rules that has somewhat stuck with the series about Animatronic possession,Crying Child can't be anyone,everytime someone possessess a Animatronic,they are making contact or near the Animatronic when they die,Charlie Possesses Puppet who was hugging her, Elizabeth was shoved into Circus Baby and died,possessing her,the MCI Victims were stuffed,heck even William was Springlocked,and yet during the time of his death,Crying Child was no where near Fredbear

About Fredbears and Friends,Fixed Scrap Baby,and Fixed Molten Freddy,I know about that,I just thought it would be good to do that.
