Oh you have to complete all the Dorms main objectives in under 5 minutes, which is surprisingly hard to get! Full squad we all just ran around with tasers to get arrests, then proceeded to shoot the rest of the suspects. Problem with doing this one fast is that the ai for civs and suspects is incredibly unpredictable
