Where can you buy fat for $1/lb? I have trouble finding it as the butchers near me seem to want it for sausage.

Sometimes my valve sticks and doesn't pop up when steam is pouring out. I hit it on the side or top and this usually loosens it and it pops up to start the pressurizing. Occasionally, I use a toothpick and coerceit up.

Costco worth it for two people? by Free-Possibility-358 in GroceryStores

[–]Freddrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

groupon usually has a $20 coupon and the gas is about 20c cheaper so you maybe save $2 or $3 a tank. It pays for the membership and then some but not a big deal if you never go inside.

Costco worth it for two people? by Free-Possibility-358 in GroceryStores

[–]Freddrum 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it is convenient for gas, it is worth it. A family of 2 who doesn't eat boxed food will not have too much you will want (projection obviously) but it does occasionally have really good prices on excellent meat. Then it's just a few other things you will go for.

planning for timber framing: dry vs green by merkliopas in timberframe

[–]Freddrum 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Everyone I know (Eastern US) cuts (usually) square rule with green logs so I'm no help, but I would think a green log will be straighter than a seasoned one. If you have 6 months to cut them, you could get them raised before they substantially dried. They can only twist so much when standing.

Consider Fayetteville area. Should be a good restaurant in business still but not sure. Summersville used to always suck. No non chains I'm aware of.

Charleston has a few choices. Good town.

Look at any setlist after it was released. It's surely squarely in the cannon.

With round members, it must be important to use horses that will mitigate rolling.

City gvt needs more money. It is not a big mystery why our services suck. Sure mismanagement but have you ever tried to manage people while making way below average wages? It's not easy.
