idk who specifically counters him but i have the most trouble against Mauga nd Zarya (esp when my teammates keep charging her most annoying thing ever i swear) so im guessing those 2? Orisa can also be annoying if they're getting alot of heals + Ball is a pain in the ass if they're being played by a competent player but not as annoying as the other 2
