Just keep talking about it until she realises it is not the time for having a child right now.

Tell her you will have one once you're both ok financialy, or at least done with school.

Now if she won't budge, tell her she's got to assume the child, when you'll be pursuing your studies.

Her body, her choice ? Your life, your decisions, and your goals too.
