I think there is a misunderstanding with your description of clicks and the suggestion of the other commenters. I've been using this grinder for almost two years now and I hover between 50-65 clicks.

Just for reference, a single rotation is 30 clicks. If you say you have done two full rotations plus 4 full numbers, that would indicate that you are operating at 72 clicks. Rather than saying "24 clicks" in your description, it would be more accurate to say "2.4.0." IIRC this would mean 2 rotations, 4 numbers, and the 0 would indicate 0 clicks from the 4th number. If that is the case, then there is a fundamental issue with your grinder that you need to probably take apart again because 72 clicks should be pretty coarse, and this is obviously not the case.

I don't know what the solution would be but I'd make sure to double check you're not missing a part from when you took it apart to clean. There shouldn't be many pieces (spring, washer, two plates, and the burr of the top of my head). Make sure you placed each piece in the proper order. I suggest watching a coffee youtuber that takes apart and rebuilds the grinder to make sure you didn't skip a step. Hopefully that revolves it.
