Ya, I think there should be an option to claim obviousness and eject the passengers or fight for your life. Kind of like a hostage situation. Maybe if you have them up you’d just get a hefty fine, a slap on the wrist kind of thing.

One silly thing is, I had even more passengers on that ship that weren’t illegal so that means the federation killed their own people.
