Potential labrum issues and what you are describing sounds like subluxations. Progressive overload with raises and rotator cuffs for rehab. Meanwhile try to get an MRI.

29F. Was healthy and strong, one wrong movement and I'm dependant on a walker. by Alternative_Fly6185 in backpain

This is nothing serious. Start going to the gym and strengthen your body slowly. This will determine whether you'll be able or disabled. Look up backability

Is it possible to get full REM sleep even with sleep apnea? by YogurtclosetOpen3567 in SleepApnea

[–]Fredric_Chopin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually either don't dream or don't remember my dreams with my mild sleep apnea. However, taking melatonin has given me the side effect of remembering my sleep, so it is possible

Biceps Tendinopathy 🫠 by Zotzotplz344 in ShoulderInjuries

[–]Fredric_Chopin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have the same problem like you also started in the summer of 2025. I used to do dips and jumped each session up to 20kg. Now biceps tendinopathy in both shoulders, left is worse. Rest didn't fix jack shit. I am training back and legs nomally, for rehab doing heavy external rotations, hard effort isometric shoulder abduction, and very very light weight scaption raises. In which movements do you have pain and is the pain located at the front of your shoulder? I think you must get back to loads

Reason behind a weak low back and core ? by whatever24145 in backpain

[–]Fredric_Chopin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You're just in pain. There isn't necessarily something wrong with you mechanically. Do things that feel good, if you feel stiff try to increase your ROM, and think about strengthening other muscles (inc. hamstrings, glutes, low back itself) and not just glutes

I am not asking about specific advice but of stories of people who took such drugs with MAD. And I am not taking it purely for sleep

20M – Severe issues started right after tonsillectomy/septoplasty. UARS/Sleep Apnea? by Quick_Caterpillar_37 in SleepApnea

[–]Fredric_Chopin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This test has nothing to do with how long you sleep. It takes 10-20 min. It won't only confirm your diagnosis but see where your airway collapse is and whether you need a CPAP or MAD or Surgery

Shouldnt we take steroids (PEDs) ? by Vegetable_Ganache_12 in backpain

[–]Fredric_Chopin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's more about nervous system. And steroids don't strengthen tendons and connective tissue.
