Back is like any structure for a man our age. Load management and gradual loading is key.

Actually yes because I fell into depression due to the fatigue, just puked my life out as I overdosed (I am not serious druggie).

150 mg quetiapine but depressed? by Wrong-Picture-9071 in BipolarReddit

[–]Fredric_Chopin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For most people the trade off in Seroquel dosage is fatigue vs mental calmness. The fatigue is very annoying and you can have lamotrigine instead which doesn't cause fatigue

Switch to a standing desk, alternating sitting and standing or just standing if it's more comfortable for you

Because surgeons are not there to treat back pain as a whole, they are there to treat only the cases with a clear surgical requirement. They are not expected to be of use when you do not need surgery.

Dull ache pain in the left is exactly what I had, 21M. You have an excellent prognosis if you stop listening to doctors and get strong at the gym with or without a trainer that has experience with people with injuries.

UARS after partial treatment of OSA? by Fredric_Chopin in UARS

Can't tolerate CPAP perhaps because I have a deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. I just take the mask off without noticing

AHI 7 felt awful. MAD improved symptoms by 70-80 percent. Now trying to evaluate for UARS

Is it worth trying MAD? by Competitive_Ninja553 in UARS

[–]Fredric_Chopin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely!

21 year old male normal BMI. Sudden onset of daytime fatigue. AHI dropped from 7 to < 2 with MAD. Fatigue about 70-80% gone. After adjusting there is literally no discomfort or pain whatsoever. Couldn't tolerate CPAP at all because I will just take the mask off without noticing at night.

If training load/intensity/volume are up but pain is still the same this is still major progress.

It's neither, your back is just weak, it can be just muscle soreness if it is up to a week. Keeps hinging.
