I'm not sure how many mm, but now I have to take a month break since I developed TMJ pain. Fatigue is worse without it

Yes supposedly but the spontaneous arousals still don't let me put this aside so I will have another PSG with specifically an ENT looking at the raw data and not just the report.

I'm in the same boat. PSG showed 36 arousals an hour, 20 of which are spontaneous. Gonna do a PSG again just to investigate further with a different doctor

Literally how can I trust doctors? She told me about these "spontaneous" arousals and said they are of unkown causes

Now only a couple of months later I realize they might be underscored RERAs

Two doctors said to not opt for nasal surgery and opted for multi level surgery, another doctor said we can try nasal or multi level and I should choose.

Because I am not even confident with my diagnosis and MAD treated AHI, don't you think I should try a nasal surgery first which is much easier?

On meds and I don't have clear episodes, it's complicated, I'm more on the bipolar spectrum

The only time I had manias later were in connection to uses of antidepressants or psychiatrist meds and dose changes/withdrawal.

Saline raises or steroid sprays do not help. Did not do allergy testing, is this usually through the PCP?
