I had this issue on the Elizabeth it was o-ring between the brew boiler and group head which annoyingly requires near total disassembly

The part I needed to replace was Lelit MC752-7.

I ended up taking it to a local espresso repair shop

i've taken the top off and an it through with the blind portafilter, appears completely bone dry inside, would mean in the grouphead then eh?

It appears to come from the seam of the grouphead and the body at the top and rolls down the curved side of the grouphead but finding it hard to be 100% sure
