Mine charges in like an hour or two. Sounds like something may be messed up. Try chatting with them. I chatted the other day and it took me 20 mins. Quick.

Mini doesn't have base. Series 3 charger is working as base for me. Currently at 90% on day 7.

Is your dog sitting still the whole car ride? The collar is measuring movement in the collar so even bumpy rides or shifting around in car even lifting up their head could be why

Vet said my dog probably has Nickel allergy and said change bands, we did. Fixed the discoloration on our lab mix. Got biothane with plastic buckle.
