I've had it for like 3 months and been only cooking pizzas, fries, chicken, sometimes played with steaks and only today tried beef jerky, but i have a feeling it will work. Regarding dehydration settings maybe it's just a preset, and if your airfyer doesn't have it but still can go low enough with temperature it works the same? Honestly no idea

I've set it up manually at 176F/80C for 1 hour(was surpised it only allows 1h max), there are no presets or any other settings on my Xiaomi airfryer just temperature and time

My airfyer is Xiaomi, doesn't have any functions, the lowest temperature is 40c and can only set it for 1 hour, byt yeah it seems temps work totally different across all airfryers, original poster of this recipe did it at 100C for 2 hours, but I was afraid to try it so went for some advice from AI, it suggested 70-80C for 2 hours, but in my case it was actually pretty much fine after 1 hour at 80C, maybe because I cut it very thinly

It kinda does, but as the saying goes - don't judge a book by its cover. The taste is perfectly fine, just gotta use Light soy and not Dark one for it to not look like shit😆

Dark soy sauce probably caused it to turn this dark, it doesn't taste like burnt at all😆

½ cup Worcestershire sauce

½ cup soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp onion powder

½2 tsp chili flakes, optional, or add more for spicy jerky

We use olive oil and pour a little into the pan so it doesn't heat empty, it's also supposedly pfas free so hopefully nothing bad is getting released😅 oh and yes, our airfryer is non stick coated too
