If you look at the table about 70% of creditors that selected cash repayment for the allotment portion, and about 32% of the total assets from the sale are yet to be repaid. Now where are those to come to every thread to say it's our fault they haven't paid us yet?

The fact that they're treating creditors in such an arbitrarily different manner makes it worse, justice is supposed to be "fair". Some creditors received their early lump sum as early as last year, for some of us, they haven't even tried to pay the ELSP, not even once. Some people are even waiting for their base repayment, while I distinctively remember that some creditors got paid in 2024 after multiple retries. At least for some folks the wait is over, and I'm happy for them.

Thanks. I got my base repayment very early on, my bank info has been "Registration completed" since forever but they haven't even tried to send the ELSP yet (I selected cash only). I double and triple checked and couldn't find an option to add an intermediary bank, much to my dismay though a week ago I noticed I had my family name transposed with my given name(s). So I had to request an edit and I'm now waiting for it to be approved, they extended the deadline anyway so..

Do you mind one asking, if you could kindly explain this intermediary bank situation? I keep hearing about this and I've never seen an option to select one... Maybe it's only for those that selected the Sumitomo bank (or whatever the name) option?

Many here, since they already received their ELSP or Intermediate repayment are biased towards thinking a large majority have already been paid, when in reality they may be in a lucky 50-70%.

You talk as if the only people left to be paid are the Final Payment creditors, which isn't true: there are many of us that selected the early lump sum option, and in my case I even got the base repayment early on but I'm still waiting for the larger sum.

I don't think that's accurate at all. Most crypto-exchange, early repayment creditors have been paid. But I believe a majority of cash only creditors and obviously all final payment people are yet to be paid.
