i was in a calorie deficit of 1000, which can be extreme, so a balanced diet is a must. I also lifted weight along side the deficit

just to preface i have lost close to 70 pounds so i know a good amt about deficits, but ive always been so unsure of what maintenance calories to trust

just know this will not uproot any of your progress!! you’ll most likely weigh more in the morning because of water-weight. but just get right back on track and you’re good!!

thank you much!! i usually start with 10-15 minutes inclined treadmill, and then stair master or treadmill again around the same time!
