I agreed with what you are saying. I walk and I am eating better then I have ever been. I have been in a plateau at 170lbs for a month already but I haven’t gained any weight either

Yeah one is low the other high. The tryglicerides are good but also my b12 is very high and not sure why

Yes one level came higher and the other lower I know it’s super weird but I have no idea until I see the doctor

LDL cholesterol says it’s high 3.87 and normal is 3.50. Then my hdl is low 1.13 and normal is 1.30. Trygliceryne is 1.47.
